I have been using the eLex English-Greek mobile dictionary for some time and I like the content very much, especially the fact that it shows the basic forms of the verbs and the gender and declensions of the nouns and adjectives in the singular. However, an honest review would have to include the fact that eLex is rather slow both loading and changing input language. It seems to me this time is required to load or to change the on-screen keyboard. I'm not a programmer and know only enough to operate my PC and PDA, but other on-screen keyboards are not so slow to change between Greek and English input modes. My iPAQ is a 2003 model and runs WindowsCE 2003 instead of the recommended Windows Mobile 5.0 which doubtless is a contributing factor. My solution to the slowness is to keep eLex open, so I don't have to wait for it to load if I want to look up something quick unless I have to wait to change the input language.
In general I'm glad I found eLex and enjoy using it.
Greetings from Central Pennsylvania.
